Thank you Hugo. Which (virtual) tools you use for effective collaboration in your WGs? And between the WGs? How you organize the learn to learn process? Do you have already identified best practices? Is part of the experienced resistance because digital transformation is seen as additional work instead of seeing its benefits for making the work more efficient and effective? Your experiences e.g. how to approach government programs and actors is possible very similar to that of NMIs of other countries. What do you would suggest to do at regional level, in order that not everybody is re-inventing the wheel? In the value chain chart I'm missing you elaboration on the link to innovations in industry or at users level. Do you have a cautious approach or do you enter also in topics that are not only new for CENAM but also for industry (high risk to failure, but probably a lot of learnings)?
hI Hugo, congratulations for your presentations, my question is: Can digital transformation strategies be implemented in each country, without having a 5G network implemented and without having a quality of internet service and bandwidth that meets high expectations for data exchange and calibration in real time?
Other question: For all the institutes in the hemisphere to advance in a unified way, without wasting time avoiding tasks reprocessing , ¿what do you think would be the best strategy for advancing the digital transformation of NMIs in all its areas?
Thank you Hugo for the good presentation. Do CENAM need to hire new people with new technical background ? How many?
Interesting work by CENAM, congratulations. I would like you to explain more about the process of smart devices calibration, what it would consist of. Thank you.
Congrats you Hugo! The CENAM´s digital strategy is a very good model to be considered by other NMIs. I have a question on the investment levels. Did you estimate how much additional resources are needed to implement it (e.g. , new hardware, new software, human resources, etc)? Is there planned an additional budget for that?
Another question Hugo: When you tlkes about CENAM´s competences, Metrology for Machine Learning is mentioned. Could you talk a bit on this? Did you have some study on it?

Dear Hugo, congratulations very good presentation, my question is: What are the impacts that CENAM hope in society with implementing M4DT?
Very good presentation!! Congratulations! You talk about a value chain approach . Did stakeholders participate somehow in the ellaboration of this Strategy? If they did, which stakeholders and how?
