I'd like to get more details about the documentation exchange between the NMI and the customer at the type approval instance, I mean the successive corrections to the legal documentation and how to manage its digitalization. As we're working from home, we are facing that issues without a complete infrastructure as you have described, so any advice will be pleasantly received to improve our work.

Two questions: Does the development of SICOMET (e.g. defining the requirements) lead to identify weaknesses or gaps in the existing system? You will probably also produce data showing performance differences between type of meters, age of the meters, manufacturer, etc. What will you do with this data mine?
